Luc Arnouts obtained a Master in Law at the University of Antwerp-Bruges and a Master in General Management at the University of Ghent. He has been active in the port and logistics sector ever since.
In 2007, he joined the Antwerp-Bruges Port Authority as CCO. Mid 2017 he became Director International Relations and Networks. As Vice President he is member of the Management Board.
